Role Overview:
The Strategic Alliances Manager is responsible for developing and managing partnerships that drive business growth and enhance the company's technology solutions portfolio. This role focuses on building strong relationships with key partners, aligning strategic objectives, and ensuring mutual success through collaborative initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership Development:
Identify, negotiate, and establish strategic alliances with technology vendors, service providers, and other relevant stakeholders. - Relationship Management:
Maintain and strengthen existing partnerships to maximize value and ensure long-term collaboration. - Strategic Planning:
Work closely with internal teams to align alliance strategies with organizational goals and market trends. - Performance Monitoring:
Track and evaluate the success of partnerships, ensuring KPIs and objectives are met. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to leverage alliances for joint go-to-market activities. - Market Intelligence:
Stay informed about industry developments and emerging technologies to identify new partnership opportunities.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage complex relationships and drive strategic initiatives.
- Good knowledge and understanding of Digital Transformation trends and technologies
- Experience in the IT or Digital Transformation industry is a mandatory.
- Growth mindset with
analytical skills and
experience in performance tracking and reporting. - Ability to work independently and manage diverse responsibilities
- 5-7 years of experience in managing vendors/partners is a must.
