As a Senior Data Engineer, you'll own the scalable data foundation that powers our AI-driven platform. You'll design and optimize high-volume pipelines, manage a polyglot data stack (MongoDB Atlas, Aurora PostgreSQL, AWS, Kafka), and ensure data is reliable, real-time, and explainable for advanced analytics and AI/ML models.

What you'll do:

  • Build and scale pipelines across CRMs, enrichment providers, and internal sources.

  • Enable AI teams with feature pipelines and inference-ready datasets.

  • Lead data governance, quality, and compliance efforts.

  • Mentor junior engineers and shape the Egypt hub's technical leadership.

What we're looking for:

  • 7+ years of experience in large-scale Data Engineering.

  • Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.

  • Deep experience with AWS data services (S3, Glue, Lambda, Kinesis, IAM).

  • Hands-on expertise with both relational (Aurora PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB Atlas) databases.

  • Proven ability to design, deploy, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with heterogeneous data sources.

Nice to have:

  • Experience supporting AI/ML pipelines (e.g., SageMaker, MLOps practices).

  • Familiarity with streaming technologies (Kafka).

  • Knowledge of data security/privacy (GDPR, SOC2, ISO27001).

  • Background in B2B data, sales, or marketing analytics.
