Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Interior Designer with strong creativity and technical ability to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for turning concepts into real, buildable spaces and managing design execution from idea to project handover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop creative design concepts, mood boards, color palettes, and space planning.
  • Prepare 2D and 3D drawings, architectural layouts, and visual renderings (AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, SketchUp, etc.).
  • Select and source materials, finishes, furniture, and décor according to project requirements and budgets (FF&E).
  • Conduct site visits and follow up during execution to ensure alignment with design plans.
  • Present design proposals to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project managers to ensure smooth project progress.
  • Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and project timeline related to design deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience
    as an Interior Designer.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and time management.
  • Ability to work on-site and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
