About the Role

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Senior Specialist to join a fast-growing organization in the market. The ideal candidates are passionate about sales, eager to build strong client relationships, and capable of driving consistent revenue growth.

You will play a key role in expanding our customer base, presenting solutions to clients, and closing deals while maintaining exceptional professionalism and communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Negotiate and close sales deals effectively
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Manage and update customer data through CRM systems
  • Generate leads through various channels, including digital platforms
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services/products
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
  • Maintain deep product and market knowledge
  • Represent the company professionally in all interactions

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience (preferably in a similar industry)
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Highly motivated, presentable, and professional in both appearance and behavior
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
