Training Content Creator – GTM

What you'll do

  • Create, edit, and manage high-quality content for sales enablement, training, and customer-facing materials
  • Collaborate with teams across GTM, Sales, Product, and Marketing to align content with business goals
  • Act as a key stakeholder liaison, ensuring consistent tone, brand, and messaging across platforms
  • Utilize AI and large language model (LLM) tools to streamline content creation and optimization
  • Continuously improve content based on performance metrics and feedback
  • Support localization and adaptation of content for regional markets
  • Manage user access and respond to queries related to the Highspot content management platform
  • Provide administrative support and troubleshooting for content platforms.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in content creation and management ( at least 3 years).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Excellent English)
  • Experience in presentation content and sales in a specific
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with AI tools and LLMs (e.g. ChatGPT, Jasper, Grammarly, etc.)
  • Experience with content platforms (e.g. Highspot, CMS tools, SharePoint)

Desirable

  • Experience in B2B or telecoms industry
  • Knowledge of localization best practices
  • Understanding of sales enablement and buyer journey mapping
