Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data/BI Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable data solutions that support business intelligence and analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data modeling, ETL processes, and BI tools, with the ability to transform complex data into meaningful insights for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines, ETL processes, and data models.

Integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).

Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver analytical solutions.

Implement data governance, quality, and security best practices.

Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows and performance issues.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior data engineers.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Business Intelligence.

Proficiency in SQL, Python, and ETL tools (e.g., SSIS, Talend, Airflow).

Strong experience with data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Azure Synapse).

Expertise in BI visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik).

Experience working with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Solid understanding of data modeling, data architecture, and performance tuning.
