Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Sales role based in New Cairo. As a Junior Sales professional, you will engage in prospecting new clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying potential sales opportunities. You will effectively pitch services and products, negotiate contracts, and provide stellar post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction. Daily tasks include achieving sales targets, preparing detailed reports, and collaborating with the team to implement strategies for business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging and building relationships with clients
• Sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to analyze client needs, identify prospects, and provide tailored solutions
• Organizational and time-management skills, with proficiency in maintaining detailed sales records and reports
• Knowledge of financial services is an advantage but not mandatory
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Proactive, motivated, and capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
