8+ years of experience in backend development with Java (Spring Boot) and frontend development with React, including functional programming approaches. Proven experience with microservices on cloud hyperscalers (AWS, Azure), Kubernetes, and Docker. Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Nexus, SonarQube, GitLab. Deep understanding of JavaScript (ES6+, TypeScript), CSS, and HTML. Strong experience in designing and developing microservices using Java/Spring Boot. Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB). Proficiency in React libraries, patterns, and principles (custom hooks, HOCs). State management with Redux and/or Redux Toolkit. Knowledge of unit testing using Jest and React Testing Library. Experience translating designs and wireframes into reusable code using Figma or similar tools. Ability to implement pixel-perfect and responsive designs across browsers and devices. Awareness of styling paradigms (CSS modules, CSS-in-JS, SCSS, styled components). Understanding of front-end optimisation challenges (bundle size, browser limitations). Experience interacting with RESTful APIs (GraphQL is a plus). Ability to develop reusable components and document them in Storybook. Strong understanding of version control (Git), monorepos, and Agile CI/CD environments.
