We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer
with strong expertise in maintaining and troubleshooting
transformers, generators, and electrical distribution systems
. The ideal candidate will ensure the reliability and continuous operation of all electrical equipment, conduct preventive maintenance, and handle breakdown repairs efficiently while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform
    preventive and corrective maintenance
    on transformers, generators, switchgears, and control panels.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical faults to minimize downtime.
  • Monitor and analyze equipment performance to ensure optimal operation.
  • Supervise electrical technicians and coordinate maintenance schedules.
  • Implement safety procedures and ensure compliance with electrical codes and standards.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare technical reports.
  • Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new electrical systems and equipment.
  • Collaborate with mechanical and operations teams to ensure smooth plant performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree
    in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years
    of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance, especially with
    transformers and generators
    .
  • Previous
    experience working in Saudi Arabia
    is required.
  • Strong knowledge of
    industrial electrical systems, protection relays, and troubleshooting techniques
    .
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and preventive maintenance culture.
