About the Role

Alira Restaurant is looking for a charismatic, energetic, elegant Bartender / Mixologist to join our premium dining team.

Our bar does not serve alcohol, but it offers signature cocktails, luxury fresh juices, infused drinks, premium teas, and creative mixology concepts.

We want someone who treats the bar like a performance stage — someone who connects with guests, attracts attention, and elevates the experience.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and craft high-end non-alcoholic cocktails and innovative signature drinks.
  • Engage with guests confidently, warmly, and professionally.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, visually impressive bar area.
  • Suggest drinks based on guest preferences & upsell items naturally.
  • Develop new drinks and seasonal specials with creativity and flair.
  • Work closely with service staff to ensure smooth drink delivery.
  • Follow hygiene, safety, and presentation standards.

Requirements

  • Experience as Bartender / Mixologist in fine dining, lounges, or high-end cafés.
  • Strong communication & guest interaction skills.
  • Charming personality: playful, confident, sociable.
  • High level of grooming & professional appearance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, premium environment.
  • Creativity, passion for drinks, and attention to detail.
