Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative located in Markaz Sohag. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting the company's insurance products, and building long-term relationships with customers. The role involves meeting sales targets, preparing and delivering presentations, providing detailed information about products, and addressing customer inquiries effectively. Candidates will also maintain accurate records and collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proficiency in presentation and sales techniques
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry and an understanding of Islamic Sharia principles is an advantage
  • Highly motivated with a goal-oriented approach
  • Previous sales experience is preferred; however, fresh graduates with great potential are encouraged to apply
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Financial Studies, or a related field
