The Production Engineer is responsible for coordinating daily production activities on the floor, ensuring that operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Oversee production process and ensure efficiency and quality based on company standards

· Identify damages and investigate all production problems

· Respond quickly to breakdowns and delays that could affect the production plan

· Plan and design methods to improve the current production process and increase efficiency

· Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees

· Ensure the implementation of production schedules and plans

· Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards regarding safety, health, and environmental protection

· Organize plant start-up and shut-down schedules to ensure minimum loss of production time and profits

· Perform quality checks to make sure quality standards are followed

REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS

  • 3+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing role, with leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, safety, and quality standards.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling principles.
  • Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and other relevant software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
