Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering

Minimum of 10 years of experience in Facility Management or Operations Management

Strong leadership and team management skills

Deep understanding of Facility Management services

Experience in budgeting, cost control, and reporting

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing operations across multiple sites and service lines

Ensuring high service quality and client satisfaction

Leading and developing cross-functional FM teams

Managing vendor contracts and monitoring KPIs and SLAs

Monitoring safety, compliance, and quality standards

Improving workflows and enhancing operational efficiency
