Commercial Photographer

Role Objectives

We are seeking a talented and versatile in-house commercial photographer to join our Production Content Team. This role is responsible for producing high-quality visual assets across multiple business verticals, including product photography, campaign shoots, brand content, social media, app listings, and promotional materials for Breadfast.

You will work closely with various internal teams, including Partner Management, Marketing, and Content, to plan, execute, and deliver impactful imagery that meets Breadfast's visual standards and supports performance and conversion goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Photography & Post-Production

- Perform color correction and basic retouching to enhance image quality and maintain visual consistency across projects.

- Optimize photos for digital and print use while ensuring accurate tones, highlights, and lighting balance.

- Work professionally with Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and Capture One to deliver high-quality final imagery.

- Ensure all final assets are organized, properly named, and delivered to the Content team on schedule.

Collaboration & Coordination

- Coordinate shoot schedules with the Partner Management team and restaurants.

-  Support the creation and updating of internal photography guidelines and SOPs.

- Assist with special campaign shoots and social media content when required.

Workflow

- Ensure efficient file management, backups, and delivery timelines.

- Proactively propose workflow improvements to handle large shoot volumes efficiently.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS

- Experience: 4+ years of professional food/product photography experience (preferably in F&B, e-commerce, or delivery).

- Experience working in fast-paced environments with high shooting volumes is a plus.

- Portfolio: Strong food photography portfolio demonstrating lighting control and plating composition.

- Strong proficiency in Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, and Capture One.

- Solid understanding of color correction, retouching, lighting, and composition.

- Knowledge of file organization best practices, naming conventions, and backup workflows.

- Excellent coordination and communication skills when working with cross-functional teams.

- Proactive mindset with the ability to propose workflow improvements.
