Position Summary

To support strategic decision-making by managing the development, maintenance, and delivery of insightful reports and analyses. This role ensures data accuracy, streamlines reporting processes, and assists in interpreting key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide business growth.

Role and Responsibilities

Reporting & Data Management

  • Design, develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc business reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support business decision-making.
  • Consolidate and validate data from various sources to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports for local and regional management and business divisions.
  • Consolidate data from multiple sources and maintain data integrity and ensure consistency across reports and data sources.

Analysis & Insights

  • Perform in-depth data analysis to monitor and track the business performance, identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Translate complex data into meaningful insights and visualizations for decision-making.

Process Improvement

  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in reporting and analytics.
  • Contribute to the standardization and documentation of reporting procedures
  • Automate manual reporting processes where possible using tools like Excel macros, Power BI, or any other solutions.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Present findings and insights to senior management in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Collaborate and act as a liaison between business divisions to translate the business requirements into actionable reports.

Team Support & Leadership

  • Lead the reporting and data-related projects independently.
  • Assist the management team in managing workloads, priorities, and project timelines.

Strategic Support

  • Contribute to strategic planning by providing insights and scenario modeling based on data.
  • Support strategic projects by delivering analytical input and performance tracking frameworks.

Skills and Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university.

Experience:

6-8 years of experience in data analysis, and reporting.

Technical Skills:

Advanced Excel & Power BI.
