Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Agent role based in Cairo, Egypt. As a Telesales Agent, your day-to-day tasks will include making outbound calls to potential or existing clients, answering customer inquiries, maintaining client relationships, and promoting the company's language programs. You will also identify customer needs, provide tailored program suggestions, and assist with enrollment processes as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support to address inquiries effectively and provide timely solutions.
  • Experience in Sales and a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Training capabilities to assist new team members and share best practices.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivation, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
  • Fluency in English and familiarity with the educational services industry is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and related tools is a plus.
