Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally while maintaining a high level of empathy and courtesy.
  • provide accurate information about products and services to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions in our CRM system and follow up on open cases to ensure closure.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex or escalated issues.
  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback, contributing to continuous service improvement.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
