Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review and verify design drawings and shop drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project specifications and standards.
  • Plan, organize, and manage daily site activities to ensure smooth progress and timely completion of mechanical works.
  • Supervise and monitor the execution of on-site mechanical installations, ensuring adherence to approved drawings, quality requirements, and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure efficient performance, quality workmanship, and adherence to project schedules.
  • Oversee and deliver completed works to consultants and end users for inspection, testing, and approval.
  • Review and confirm subcontractor progress releases and payment requests in line with actual site accomplishments.
  • Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports to the Project Manager, highlighting key progress, challenges, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate and coordinate closely with
    Electrical
    and
    Civil Site Engineers
    to ensure proper integration and alignment of all project disciplines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
  • 10 years of professional experience in mechanical project execution and site management
  • Strong
    communication and leadership skills
    , effectively managing teams and coordinating with project stakeholders.
  • Extensive experience in
    mechanical project activities
    , including installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems.
  • Skilled in planning, supervising, and delivering projects while ensuring compliance with time, cost, and quality requirements
