About the Role

60HUB is expanding its sales department and seeking a high-performing, target-driven Sales Representative to join our fast-growing team.

You will receive a daily pipeline of qualified customer leads provided directly by the company.

A key responsibility is the ability to convert these leads into confirmed bookings with professionalism, confidence, and high efficiency.

This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in KPI-driven environments and aim for strong long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and convert daily customer leads provided by the company
  • Communicate professionally with customers via phone and WhatsApp
  • Present service packages clearly and confidently
  • Convert assigned leads into confirmed bookings (conversion-focused)
  • Conduct structured daily follow-ups to maximise conversion
  • Collaborate with the reception & sales teams
  • Prepare weekly sales performance reports and forecasts

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience (service-based industry preferred)
  • Strong ability to convert leads into paying customers
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • English language proficiency is highly preferred
  • Highly organized, KPI-driven, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure with discipline and consistency

Compensation & Incentive Plan

Monthly Salary


• 10,000 EGP fixed

Monthly Incentives


• 2% to 5% based on achieving performance benchmarks (Exact KPIs and targets are shared after the interview.)

Semi-Annual Commission Bonus

If the employee maintains above 90% performance score for six consecutive months:

→ They earn 8% to 10% of the total accumulated salary earned during the 6-month period.

Performance Accountability

This is a performance-driven role.

Criteria affecting full-salary eligibility will be explained during/after the interview.
