Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Research Analyst position located in Cairo, Egypt. The Research Analyst will be responsible for preparing a daily, weekly and monthly line up for all egyptian ports, conducting market research, collecting and analyzing data, generating reports, and providing actionable insights. Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking industry trends, communicating findings to internal stakeholders, and supporting decision-making with comprehensive analysis and data interpretation.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of statistics to analyze and interpret data effectively.
  • Good experience in maritime field specially agency departments.
  • A little acknowledge in ports, cargos and vessels.
  • Expertise in market research and research methodologies to identify market trends and insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings and collaborating with team members.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools and software is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in the maritime or logistics industry is a plus.
