We are looking for a skilled
SAP LMS
to manage and support our Learning Management System within
SAP SuccessFactors
. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operation of all learning activities, support employees and managers, and work closely with HR & L&D teams to enhance the overall learning experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of
    SAP SuccessFactors LMS
  • Create, upload, and manage training courses, curricula, and learning programs
  • Enroll employees in mandatory and optional training
  • Monitor learning progress and completion rates, and generate reports
  • Support users with system issues, access, and troubleshooting
  • Coordinate with L&D to schedule virtual and classroom training
  • Ensure system compliance, data integrity, and proper documentation
  • Work with IT and SuccessFactors support for system enhancements and integrations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with
    SAP SuccessFactors LMS
  • Strong understanding of learning processes and training cycles
  • Experience in creating, managing, and tracking online learning content
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
