Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Treasury Manager to oversee cash management, liquidity planning, banking operations, and financial risk management. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal use of company funds and support strategic financial decision-making.

Core Responsibilities

Develop and maintain rolling cash-flow forecasts, projecting short-, medium-, and long-term liquidity requirements to support strategic decision-making.

Build and sustain strong partnerships with banks and other financial institutions; negotiate credit lines, loan terms, and service agreements.

Lead day-to-day treasury operations, including receivables follow-up, supplier payments, cash position.

Provide Financial insights and recommendation to senior management and the board to support strategic initiatives and business growth.

Manage the company's debt portfolio, including issuing new debt.

Administer bank financing facilities and loan agreements by managing drawdowns, scheduling repayments, and ensuring seamless execution of funding activities.

Monitor bank covenant compliance and liquidity ratios; proactively flag potential breaches and coordinate corrective actions with cross-functional teams.

Identify funding solutions to cover cash-flow shortfalls and strategically invest surplus cash in short-term instruments to optimize returns and minimize risk.

Qualifications

Minimum of five to seven years of relevant treasury or corporate finance experience

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.

Strong command of English, both written and verbal

Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) is preferred

Advanced proficiency in Excel.
