  • You're not just creating content - you're studying
    what works
    .
  • You know how to break down viral videos frame-by-frame. You understand retention curves. You think in
    hooks
    , not hashtags.
  • You've grown a TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube channel (your own or someone else's) and loved every second of the obsession. You're the kind of person who says
    "That caption is 2 seconds too slow"
    and rewrites it until it lands.
  • You're bilingual, but fluent in what matters:
    Arabic and performance content.
  • You want to help Omla define the voice of crypto for the region
  • one post at a time.

You should…

  • Be fluent in
    Arabic
  • Have grown a
    social account, channel, or brand
    significantly (your own or someone else's)
  • Understand content
    hooks, watch time, scroll-stoppers
    , and platform-specific strategies (TikTok, IG, YouTube Shorts)
  • Be obsessed with
    testing ideas fast
  • and turning data into decisions
  • Be extremely plugged into Arabic creator culture, memes, slang, and storytelling formats
  • Know how to brief designers and editors to bring your content vision to life
  • Be familiar with performance dashboards (TikTok analytics, Meta suite, etc.)
  • Bonus: comfortable using AI tools to create faster (ChatGPT, Opus Clip, Runway, Midjourney, etc.)
  • Have that
    founder-style hunger

What You'll Work On

  • Craft content ideas, hooks, and scripts that
    speak to the region
    and scale across platforms
  • Analyze our (and competitors') top-performing content to find
    patterns and opportunities
  • Work
    directly with the founder and Content & Communications Manager
    to test new growth loops weekly
  • Help define and grow our Arabic content strategy - TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts, Telegram, and more
  • Collaborate with designers, video editors, and marketing professionals
  • Own content growth KPIs and make sure every piece you touch moves us forward
  • Help shape the crypto voice of a generation
    across MENA
