Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchase Officer located in Giza. The Purchase Officer will be responsible for overseeing the purchasing processes, managing purchase orders and purchase requisitions, and ensuring timely procurement of materials and services. The role also includes negotiating contracts with suppliers, evaluating supplier performance, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors. The Purchase Officer is expected to collaborate with different departments, analyze market trends, and ensure cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Purchasing Processes, Purchase Orders, and Purchase Requisitions
  • Strong skills in Contract Negotiation
  • Excellent Analytical Skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Giza
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Experience in the procurement or supply chain industry is beneficial
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
