Job Title: Assistant Operations

Industry: Food & Beverage

Job Status: Full-time, 5 days per week (Fridays and Saturdays off)

Location: garden city

Responsibilities:


• Assist the Operations Manager with daily tasks in the branch.


• Ensure smooth workflow and adherence to standards.


• Coordinate between different sections inside the branch when needed.


• Follow up on daily needs such as stock, cleanliness, and organization.


• Support the team to deliver an excellent customer experience.


• Perform any additional tasks requested by the Operations Manager.

Requirements:


• Previous experience in cafés or hospitality is preferred.


• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems.


• Good communication skills and team spirit.


• Punctual, organized, and committed.


• Presentable and professional attitude.
