Founded in 2020, Chance is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for children with special abilities and their families through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. Located in Cairo and supervised by three Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBA), Chance is a leading provider of ABA diagnostic and consultative services, serving children of all ages with a variety of learning difficulties, developmental disorders, and behavioral challenges. Our services include diagnostic assessments, individual and group therapy sessions, parent training programs, and consultations with schools and other organizations. Our team of experienced ABA professionals uses evidence-based methods to customize services for each child, collaborating closely with parents and caregivers to create individualized treatment plans.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development and PR Specialist located in New Cairo. The specialist will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, and developing communication strategies. The role includes improving customer service relations, developing PR strategies, and working closely with the marketing team to enhance the visibility of Chance ABA's services. The specialist will interact with a variety of stakeholders including clients, partners, and media representatives.

Qualifications

1- A Medical background (education or experience).

2- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

3- Strong organizational and time management abilities.

4- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

5- Fluency in English (spoken and written).

6- Empathy and sensitivity when dealing with families and professionals.

7- A professional, ethical, and self-motivated attitude.

8- The ability to work independently as well as within a team.
