Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Shop Drawing Civil Engineer at South Westman General Contracting LLC. The role is on-site and based in Cairo, Egypt. The engineer will be responsible for preparing and reviewing civil engineering shop drawings, ensuring they align with project designs and specifications. Daily tasks will include collaborating with the design and construction teams, conducting site reviews, providing technical insights, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design and thorough knowledge of Civil Engineering principles
  • Expertise in Planning and Stormwater Management for construction projects
  • Professional experience as a Civil Engineer with strong technical and analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Familiarity with design software and CAD tools relevant to construction and civil engineering
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work collaboratively
  • Commitment to meeting project deadlines with a focus on quality and precision
  • Experience in high-end architectural or large-scale projects is a plus
