Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Site Engineer to join YETTRACE. The ideal candidate will oversee on-site installation of street furniture, signage, and wayfinding systems, ensuring high-quality execution that reflects our structured and architectural brand standards. The Site Engineer will coordinate with production, design, and project management teams to deliver projects efficiently, safely, and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily site activities and ensure installation follows approved drawings and specifications.
  • Coordinate with contractors, technicians, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Conduct site inspections, measure site dimensions, and prepare site reports.
  • Ensure all materials delivered match required specifications and quality standards.
  • Solve on-site technical issues and provide quick, effective solutions.
  • Monitor project timelines and report progress to the project manager.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
  • Follow up on punch lists, snagging, and project handover requirements.
  • Maintain clear documentation for all site-related activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in site engineering (preferably in signage, fabrication, or construction).
  • Strong knowledge of installation processes, materials, and technical drawings.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driving license is a plus.

  • Location: El Sheikh Zayed.
  • Preferred live in 6 of October or El Sheikh Zayed.
  • Business hours: 10 AM – 6 PM.
