Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a
Structural Design Department Manager
located in the Nasr City at Cairo-Egypt. M.S.P Designs is seeking a highly skilled and motivated
Structural Design Department Manager
to lead our structural design team.

The ideal candidate will not only manage and supervise the department but will also be actively involved in hands-on design work and technical reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and mentor the Structural Design Department team.
  • Perform structural analysis and design for various types of buildings and projects.
  • Review and approve structural drawings and calculations.
  • Coordinate with architectural, MEP, and project management teams.
  • Ensure compliance with local codes, international standards, and company quality procedures.
  • Support project teams with technical expertise and problem-solving during all project stages.
  • Prepare and present technical reports and design proposals to clients and management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Civil or Structural Engineering
    (Master's is a plus).
  • Minimum 7 years of experience
    in structural design .
  • Strong knowledge of design software (Revit Structure, AutoCAD, etc.).
  • Proven experience in both
    management and practical design execution
    .
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent registration is preferred.
