Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Human Resources Generalist. The HR Generalist will support a wide range of HR functions, including the development and implementation of HR policies, employee onboarding and support, and benefits administration. This role requires collaboration with teams to ensure compliance with HR regulations, foster positive employee relations, and support organizational goals through effective HR practices.

Qualifications

  • Experience in core Human Resources (HR) practices, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and workplace management.
  • Proficiency in HR Management and implementing HR Policies to align with organizational goals.
  • Knowledge of Employee Benefits, Benefits Administration, and maintaining compliance with employment regulations.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP are advantageous.
