Monitor and interpret regulatory requirements relevant to Cosmetics hair care, Skin care, etc products in Egypt.

Prepare, review, and submit regulatory documents and applications to local and regional authorities to ensure timely product approvals.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in laws, regulations, and guidelines affecting the company s products and services.

Liaise with internal departments, including product development, quality assurance, and logistics, to ensure regulatory compliance throughout the product lifecycle.

Develop and implement regulatory strategies to support business objectives and market expansion.

Coordinate with external regulatory agencies and industry associations to facilitate product registrations and certifications.

Conduct internal audits and compliance checks to identify and address potential regulatory risks.

Provide training and guidance to staff on regulatory requirements and best practices.

Prepare and maintain comprehensive regulatory files and documentation for all products and submissions.

Support the resolution of regulatory issues and respond to inquiries from authorities in a timely and professional manner.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Life Sciences, Law, or a related field.

2-5 years of experience in regulatory affairs, compliance, or a related field within the industry.

Strong understanding of local and regional regulatory frameworks in Egypt.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply regulatory guidelines and standards.

Experience preparing and submitting regulatory documentation to governmental authorities.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.

Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
