Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Business Development Engineer for an on-site position based in Qesm 1st 6 October. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving sales to achieve company growth objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing proposals, presenting solutions to potential clients, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the delivery of tailored offerings. The role also requires providing technical insights and helping bridge the gap between client requirements and service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong Business Development and New Business Development skills with a focus on identifying and expanding market opportunities.
  • Excellent Communication and Sales skills to engage with prospective clients and present solutions effectively.
  • Proficient Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.
  • Highly motivated, with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Relevant experience in business development or sales roles, preferably in facility management or related industries.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other business development software is a plus.
  • Must have a car.
