Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the
    recruitment process
    , including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Use job boards,
    social media
    , and networking to attract qualified candidates.
  • Assist in coordinating
    mass hiring
    events, job fairs, and walk-in interviews.
  • Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and schedule meetings with hiring managers.
  • Ensure a seamless and professional
    candidate experience
    throughout the process.
  • Prepare and submit regular recruitment progress reports.
  • Collaborate with
    HR team
    members to fulfill urgent and ongoing hiring needs.
  • Participate in
    onboarding procedures
    and documentation collection.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least
    3 months
    of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Experience in
    mass recruitment
    is a strong plus.
  • Excellent
    English
    language skills (written and spoken) are required.
  • Strong
    communication
    and interpersonal abilities.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Working days: 5 days/week - 2 days off
