The Marketing & PR Manager will lead the company's brand presence, content production, advertising strategy, media outreach, and public communications. Working closely with the graphic designer, video editor, and social media manager, this role is responsible for amplifying the company's artists, services, and events across traditional and digital channels. This role requires a strong understanding of the music and entertainment industry, crisis management, and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for artist releases, events, and company services.
  • Lead the in-house content team: graphic design, video editing, and social media production.
  • Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Spotify, and more.
  • Oversee content calendars, creative direction, and campaign performance tracking.
  • Manage PR activities, including press releases, media kits, and interviews.
  • Build and maintain relationships with press, blogs, music outlets, and influencers.
  • Handle crisis communication and brand safety strategies.
  • Collaborate with external agencies when additional support is required.
  • Coordinate with artist managers to align marketing with release schedules and brand positioning.
  • Analyze market trends, audience data, and campaign insights for strategic improvement.
