Function Summary

The DC Section Head is the leader responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the entire document control system for the Legal Department. This role ensures the security, integrity, and regulatory compliance of all official corporate documents, Board of Directors records, and legal files, leading the DC team and establishing best-practice policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the overall document control strategy and system (EDMS) for the Legal Department, ensuring alignment with corporate governance and legal hold requirements.
  • Establish and enforce internal procedures for the creation, revision, controlled distribution, and secure archiving of all sensitive legal records and Board of Directors communications.
  • Lead, train, and mentor the DC team, managing workload, ensuring adherence to protocols, and monitoring performance.
  • Ensure the legal document control system is fully compliant and prepared for all internal and external legal and corporate audits, aiming for zero non-conformance.
  • Work closely with the Corporate Affairs Section Head and the Board Secretary's office to ensure seamless and secure management of official corporate documents and governance records.
  • Implement document security measures to mitigate risks related to unauthorized access, loss, or leakage of confidential legal information.
