Alba Pharma is hiring a Senior Media Buyer with previous experience in the Gulf market (E-commerce).

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute business plans and campaigns for our well-known products on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) to achieve excellent results, with a deep understanding of customer insights and E-market trends.

Develop effective media buying strategies.

Participate in media planning to identify target audiences and craft effective campaigns.

Help identify target audiences and plan media campaigns.

Optimize plans and budgets according to the best media mix.

Prepare schedules and adjust when needed.

Ensure ads are creative and displayed appropriately.

Monitor costs and return on investment (ROI).

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any field.

2–5 years of experience in E-commerce conversion (with previous experience in the Gulf market).

Experience managing E-commerce campaigns (Google Ads and TikTok Ads) with a $10k/month budget and achieving high ROI (over 2000 orders per month).

Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and ad strategies.

Strong understanding of social media KPIs, pixels, tracking, and tagging.

Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Positive attitude, detail-oriented, with good multitasking and organizational abilities.
