Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Manager to oversee the daily operations of Green Pharmacy. This is a hands-on role that involves managing all aspects of the pharmacy, including:

  • Handling purchase orders and maintaining accurate records of purchases, sales, and refunds.
  • Leading and managing a team of doctors, assistants, and delivery personnel to ensure efficient, smooth operations and timely delivery services to our customers.
  • Coordinating with the accounting department to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Recruiting and training new staff as required.
  • Managing accommodation arrangements for staff from other cities.
  • Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to pharmacy operations.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and customers to enhance service delivery.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with popular online platforms that facilitate pharmacy ordering and delivery services.
  • Overseeing the pharmacy's e-commerce operations to ensure efficient online ordering and delivery services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (BPharm) or equivalent.
  • Licensed to practice pharmacy in Egypt.
  • Proven experience in managing a pharmacy or similar healthcare facility.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with pharmacy software and management tools.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a dynamic work environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in pharmacy operations, including prescription management and immunization procedures.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail in prescription dispensing.
