What This Role Is About

Our client is seeking a Finance Director, based in Cairo, to lead the finance function and play a strategic role in shaping financial performance and governance.

You will oversee financial planning and analysis, reporting, budgeting, treasury, and compliance while partnering closely with senior leadership to support business growth and decision-making.

The role requires a strong balance between strategic insight and operational control, ensuring financial discipline, transparency, and efficiency across the organization.

You will also lead and develop finance teams, strengthen internal controls, and ensure adherence to regulatory and corporate governance requirements within a dynamic and evolving environment.

  • Senior finance leadership experience with full ownership of the finance function.
  • Strong background in financial planning, reporting, controls, and governance.
  • Experience in a listed company is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to partner with executive leadership and influence commercial decisions.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing finance teams.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory, tax, and compliance frameworks in Egypt.
