Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Manager, based in Tanta. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, sourcing and attracting top talent, conducting interviews, and supporting the onboarding process. Additionally, the Recruitment Manager will collaborate with department heads to fulfill staffing needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in recruitment strategies, candidate screening, and interview facilitation
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage and maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases
  • Experience in workforce planning and understanding of labor laws and hiring practices
  • Capability to analyze recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic is an advantage
  • Previous experience in a managerial recruitment position is preferred
