Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive
People Operations Specialist
with 3+ years of experience in People Operations and Payroll to join our HR team. This role is pivotal in supporting our employees and ensuring smooth HR operations, with a strong focus on payroll processing, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local regulations.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, orientation, and exit interviews.
  • Assist in benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries.
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to reconcile payroll and benefits-related transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.
  • Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and audits.
  • Respond to employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in People Operations and Payroll.
  • Strong understanding of payroll systems, labor laws, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
