We're Hiring: Senior HR Specialist (Recruitment Focus)

Location: Dokki, Giza – On-site

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (5 days from site + Saturday WFH)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: EGP 10,000 – 12,000 (Based on experience)

Experience Required: 5:7 years (Mainly in Recruitment)

About the Role:

Expert Engineers is looking for a Senior HR Specialist to join our HR team with a primary focus on recruitment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across the full recruitment cycle and a strong understanding of broader HRM functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, and candidate follow-up
  • Support employee relations and performance management processes
  • Manage internal personnel procedures and payroll when needed
  • Analyze and utilize HR metrics to support strategic decisions
  • Ensure smooth communication with employees and address queries
  • Collaborate with team leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning

Qualifications:

  • Proven HRM experience, particularly in recruitment
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • High emotional intelligence with a positive and professional attitude
  • Knowledge of HR metrics and KPIs
  • Familiarity with all HR functions (payroll, personnel, performance, etc.)
