Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Consultant, located in New Cairo. The Property Consultant will be responsible for understanding client needs, showcasing properties, conducting market analysis, and providing tailored advice on buying, selling, and leasing properties. Daily tasks include client relationship management, identifying opportunities in the property market, and ensuring seamless transactions. The role requires maintaining in-depth knowledge of available properties and market trends for advising clients effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of real estate laws, market trends, and property valuation techniques
  • Proficiency in sales, lead generation, and customer acquisition strategies
  • Ability to analyze market data and offer strategic recommendations
  • Exceptional presentation and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Previous experience in real estate, sales, or consultancy is preferred
