What You'll Do

  • Own daily ops across 3 shifts — smooth, efficient, on time.
  • Build smart rosters & optimize rotations for max coverage.
  • Grow talent — train, mentor, and drive accountability.
  • Set & track KPIs across departments; report results.
  • Coordinate globally with GC's international offices.
  • Design incentives that boost performance & morale.
  • Plan strategically to scale operations with impact.
  • Lift productivity while controlling costs.
  • Lead crises with solid contingency & continuity plans.

Reporting

  • Daily: Shift performance, KPI updates, challenges.
  • Weekly: Efficiency wins, staffing insights, global alignment.

What You Bring

  • 7–10 yrs in ops management & shift/roster planning.
  • Proven multi-shift leadership + 95%+ fulfillment track record.
  • Built scalable teams, processes, and structures.
  • Experience aligning with international offices.
  • Strong KPI design, multi-dept oversight & incentive systems.
  • Data-driven, calm under pressure; great communicator & leader.
