Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Team Leader located in Qesm El Maadi. The Operations Team Leader will oversee daily operations, ensuring the team meets performance targets and achieves customer satisfaction goals. Responsibilities include monitoring workflows, managing and developing team members, and analyzing data to enhance operational efficiency. The individual will coordinate with stakeholders to maintain smooth processes and resolve any issues promptly.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated skills in Operations Management and People Management to lead and optimize team performance.
  • Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and the ability to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Analytical Skills to assess processes, interpret data, and implement improvements effectively.
  • Excellent Communication abilities to coordinate with team members and stakeholders efficiently.
  • Experience in a leadership role, knowledge of industry best practices, and familiarity with relevant software are advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
