Role Description

We are seeking a Python Developer to join our team, focusing on the development, maintenance, and optimization of our core backend systems. You will be a key contributor to building the
efficient, scalable engines that power investment and commercial banks and financial institutions.
This role is ideal for a developer passionate about Python who loves problem-solving and wants to work on
new-generation
financial applications. You will be directly involved in building the
financial engineering
platforms that drive our
end-to-end solutions
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop & Maintain:
    Develop, test, and maintain high-performance backend services and
    RESTful APIs
    using Python.
  • Architect & Design:
    Collaborate with the team to design scalable
    APIs
    and efficient
    database schemas
    (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Code Quality:
    Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code, participating in code reviews and contributing to best practices.
  • Optimize & Scale:
    Troubleshoot and optimize existing systems to ensure high performance and scalability under load.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Python Expertise:
    Strong professional experience in Python development.
  • Python Frameworks:
    High familiarity with modern Python frameworks (e.g.,
    FastAPI, Django, or Flask
    ).
  • Backend Fundamentals:
    Proven experience with
    RESTful APIs
    and database design (both
    SQL and NoSQL
    ).
  • Tools:
    Proficiency with version control systems, specifically
    Git
    .
  • Methodology:
    Strong understanding of software development best practices and agile methodologies.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills

  • Finance Domain:
    Experience working in the
    finance, trading, asset management, or stock market industry
    is a significant plus.
  • Cloud Platforms:
    Experience with cloud environments (e.g.,
    Azure, AWS, or GCP
    ).
  • Containerization:
    Knowledge of
    Docker
    and Kubernetes.
  • DevOps:
    Familiarity with
    CI/CD pipelines
    and automated testing.
