Office Admin
to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our office environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily office activities, managing schedules, maintaining records, and overseeing supply inventory. This role requires a detail-oriented, communicative, and adaptable individual who can manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and ensure the workplace is organized, clean, and fully equipped.
- Welcome visitors, candidates, and partners, ensuring they are guided to the appropriate departments or meeting rooms.
- Maintain the reception area and ensure it consistently reflects a professional company image.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence and direct them appropriately.
- Coordinate meeting logistics, interview schedules, and office events.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders with suppliers when needed.
- Maintain documentation, filing systems, and up-to-date contact lists.
- Support HR with onboarding activities and administrative tasks when required.
- Respond promptly to internal office-related inquiries to ensure smooth operations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- Good knowledge and familiarity with office administration practices.
- 0 - 2 years of experience in office administration, front desk, or a relevant role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English Language both verbal and written.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Presentable, multi-tasker and has strong organization skills.
- High attention to detail and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
