Role Description

This is a full-time role for an OD (Organizational Development) Specialist, located on-site in Nasr City. The OD Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing employee development programs, conducting organizational assessments, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and supporting change management initiatives. Additionally, the specialist will work closely with HR and management to enhance organizational effectiveness and create a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and implementing employee development programs
• Skills in conducting organizational assessments and analyzing data
• Knowledge of change management and organizational effectiveness
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
