We're Hiring: QA Specialist

Work Location:
6th of October City – Printing Factory

YES PAC Packaging Solutions is looking for a
QA Specialist
to join the
Quality Department
and support quality assurance activities, documentation control, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform QA document control functions, including processing, approval, distribution, and archiving in compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Coordinate the revision, review, and approval of procedures.
  • Review quality outputs, change control, validation, and qualification documents.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards, procedures, and customer requirements.
  • Conduct in-process and final product inspections.
  • Maintain internal audit program results (OPRP & PRP results).
  • Assist in quality investigations, including customer complaints.
  • Investigate non-conformances and consumer complaints, perform root cause analysis, implement corrective and preventive actions, and monitor improvements.
  • Participate in internal audits, external audits, and customer audits.
  • Collaborate with production and other departments to improve quality performance.
  • Prepare and maintain quality reports and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO and company quality management systems.

Qualifications & Education

  • B.Sc. in Science, Agriculture (QMS function), Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of experience
    in Quality Assurance or Document Control is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of QA tools, inspection methods, and quality standards.
  • Familiarity with
    ISO 9001
    (and other relevant standards is a plus).
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Excellent MS Office skills.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in manufacturing or printing/packaging industry is a plus.
