Aquacap is a leading manufacturer of high-quality packaging solutions for the pharmaceutical, food & beverage, and cosmetics industries.

We're seeking a
Supply Chain Coordinator
to support and manage daily operations across procurement, warehousing, and delivery, while working closely with the logistics team.

Working Hours:

9 AM to 5 PM (Saturday to Thursday)

What You Will Do:

  • Coordinate the flow of raw materials from the warehouse to production, ensuring proper usage and documentation.
  • Support the end-to-end supply chain cycle, including procurement, warehousing, and outbound logistics.
  • Follow up with warehouse staff, procurement officers, and drivers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in preparing delivery schedules and assigning driver tasks.
  • Ensure shipping documents (invoices, COO, packing lists, bills of lading) are accurate and prepared on time.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production to avoid shortages.
  • Support warehouse operations and help align loading plans with delivery priorities.
  • Track shipments, follow up on orders, and coordinate with customers and logistics partners to resolve delivery issues.
  • Report and assist in handling customer complaints by coordinating with relevant internal teams.
  • Follow up with suppliers, maintain communication, and ensure compliance with policies and timelines.
  • Contribute to improving supply chain efficiency through regular coordination and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations (manufacturing background is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Good communication and reporting abilities.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems or logistics software.
  • Ability to work proactively and collaboratively with different teams.
