Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Solution Architect – EDI & Customer Data Exchange/Integration for one of our partners, a global leader in the food and services industry.

Job Summary:

As a Solution Architect, you'll play a pivotal role in building and deploying a scalable platform that integrates major customer systems to optimize indirect sales and delivery processes. Your contributions will drive sustainable business growth and digitize our commercial partners' ecosystem.

Ensure seamless data transfer and efficient transaction processing with EDI. Integrate indirect sales services into our operations to optimize workflow and delivery.

As a Solution Architect, you'll be responsible for the long-term stability, performance, and evolution of Wholesalers Data Integration and EDI solutions. Design end-to-end solutions across various architecture layers while ensuring data integrity and compliance with the enterprise architecture principles.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain Solution Designs for Customer Data Exchange and EDI platforms
  • Support the creation of a product roadmap based on evolving business and technology trends.
  • Collaborate with product teams and business partners to capture requirements and translate them into detailed solution designs, highlighting prerequisites, risks, impact on performance and scalability.
  • Contribute to writing functional and non-functional requirements to ensure best-in-class design and solution delivery.
  • Document solution architecture artifacts in Ardoq, and Azure DevOps.
  • Work with the company's platform and integration architects, security team and enterprise architects to validate design principles and contribute to a cohesive landscape.
  • Work with Ops teams to ensure sustainable and maintainable support models.
  • Collaborate with the Tech Lead and development team on code changes
  • Adopt SAFE Agile principles and foster & advocate CI/CDs processes ensuring DevSecOps practices are in the DNA of every product lifecycle
Requirements
  • University Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Developer or Solution Architect in the FMCG industry.
  • Proven experience with SOA patterns.
  • Hands-on experience with EDI and integration with SAP ERP or similar technology
  • 3+ years of experience with API-centric app integration (RESTful APIs, API Management) and B2B integration.
  • Architecture certifications in cloud technology or mobile applications are appreciated.
  • Knowledge of computer networks, programming principles, software development methodologies (Agile and SCRUM), and cloud development and operations.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps CD/CI Pipelines (ALM).
  • Strong understanding and experience in Agile Delivery Methodology (Scaled Agile Framework is an advantage).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English.
